Bio
Benjamin Harvey has successfully worked in the corporate environment for over 10 years in a variety of senior management positions. During this time he has held a number of titles including National Training and Recruitment Manager, National Sales Manager, Senior Development Consultant and NSW State Manager for major national sales organisations and international companies.
Benjamin has independently been responsible for generating annual sales revenues of over $20mil and has successfully negotiated business deals with CEOs and CFOs from a wide range of industries. His natural ability to motivate teams and create outstanding results was often revered by the directors of the companies he worked with.
He has managed teams of up to 60 staff members with 10 direct reports and has trained some of the most successful direct sales and recruitment consultants working in the world today.
His impressive business acumen coupled with his passion for leadership and development has driven sales teams across Australia to exceed all expectations and achieve results well beyond the imagination. Most notably was his ability to train, mentor and inspire a team of four sales executives to grow from an annual turnover of $20mil to well over $45mil in less than 18 months.
With an outcome driven and results focused mindset, Benjamin has successfully consulted with companies including Centrelink, Australian Taxation Office, Australian Defence Industries, St George, Qantas, Actew, AGL, TransACT Communications, Western Power and Optus.
He is renowned for his success in delivering effective personal and professional coaching systems, powerful personal development, human potential and sales training programs, and quality leadership and communication strategies to individuals and businesses Australia wide.
After creating a string of successes in the corporate field Benjamin finally decided to follow his passion for personal transformation and human potential by launching Authentic Education.
